Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible through our website.

Return Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are available only for selected products. Please refer to the product page for specific return details. The return policy may be updated without prior notice.
2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
3. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests are accepted in case of quality issues, size mismatch, color or design differences, or if an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.
• Once the product is picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Returns

• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page). Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
